Like the title says, I’ve noticed my battery draining rather quickly after updating to MacOS High Sierra. I’ve checked my battery’s status and it says it’s normal so I’m not quite sure what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Update (04/16/2019) My battery is dead. Let’s take a closer look at it with a better tool. Please download, install, run and post your results using Coconut Battery. https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutb

Try and open Activity monitor, you find it in the Utility folder inside Applications folder. Launch it and from “view” in menu bar flag show all processes. Let it run and keep an eye out every now and then to see if any strange process is running continuosly or got stuck somehow. It might happen and that’s the right tool to examine what’s going on under the hood if battery is in good shape.
