I have a 2010 Mac book pro with snow leopard. I am stuck on a grey screen with the apple and a spinning wheel. I tried to factory re set and it won’t boot.i don’t have a recovery disk. I don’t care if any info is lost. How do I get it to boot.i also tried booting in safe mode,no luck. Ran diagnostics everything seemed fine.
Spend the $15- $22 and get A Snow Leopard retail Disk. Reformat the drive and use the write zeros option (this will take a few hours but eliminate any potential bad blocks. Then install the system. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-Mac-OS-X-1… I don’t know what a b99k is.
