hey so yeah i took a photo to see if it helps maybe figure out whats up, basically we were given this tv used it for a while like this and now we have a new one for the bedroom id like to be able to get this one working well again. the only way I can really describe the issue is like a white frost or fuzzy overlay pretty hard to describe but here is a picture I hope helps show what im seeing

so I guess my question here is what needs replacing or fixing ^.^ I took a look at the back but it looks like the sticker was removed at some point so I cant see a model number, hopefully though the folks here will know whats up or what to try as i usually come here for guides and such Thanks :) Update (02/08/2022)

Hey sorry it took so long to reply are these image what you were after by any chance? I cant see anything burned etc but im no expert?

@robertbrowniejr that most certainly looks like a failed LCD driver board. That particular board is where the fine ribbon cables from the actual LCD screen attach too. Almost impossible to fix for us DIY’ers since it will require special tools and machinery to repair. Of course, always check first. Remove the back from your TV and take a look at that board. See if you can find anything abnormal (charred, missing discolored etc) looking. DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG YOUR SET WHEN DOING THIS> Do not touch anything on the board since the capacitors can still hold a charge and zap you. Post some pictures of your boards so we can see what you see.
