Chosen Solution

I have already have tried every trick I could find but I’m still out of luck. I’m having the low volume problem, but only while I’m on calls. I tried both a regular network call, as well as a WhatsApp call, and both have low volume. However, if I make a voice recording and play it back, the the earpiece speaker volume sounds loud. So I guess that this must be a software problem instead of a hardware one? Here’s the list of things I already tried but haven’t fixed my problem: Volume is already at maximum level and no plastics over the earpiece.Changing accessibility settings: noise reduction, earring aid, mono volume.Restarting/force restarting the phone.Cleaning the earpiece grill: with a brush, with a toothpick, humidifying and sucking.Resetting all settings.Changing system language. If you can think of anything that can help me out just let me know, I’m desperate and I can’t buy a new phone. Thanks in advance! EDIT: Out of nowhere, the volume was fixed. I haven’t done anything that was supposed to fix it. I did a couple of things that may have solved this issue, I’ll write it here since this may help others: I performed a full backup of my iPhone into my computer (I had to check the encrypted backup option).I performed a phone call while the iPhone was charging. While I was performing number 2 I just noticed the call volume was perfect. Not sure what really happened that fixed my problem though.

Have you tried putting a new earpiece speaker on it. There are 2 speakers on the phone.

am facing the same problem please help me.. even siri isn’t working properly… i did everything

I dont know if this is a fix but this is what did it for me:

  1. I turned on/off noise cancellation a few times.

  2. With a cotton swab, dampened with 80% alcohol i have cleaned the ear-speaker a couple of times. And i cleaned the bottom holes (mic & loudspeaker) ear speaker was too loud afterwards, so i turned back on the noise cancellation.
