Hi @cariari7 , Assuming that you have checked that the audio setting is set to the TV speakers and that the mute button and volume controls are working OK. Try a power reset. Switch off the TV and then switch off and disconnect the power cord from the power outlet. Press and hold the TV’s power On button for 30 seconds and then release. Reconnect the power cord to the outlet, switch it on then turn on the TV. The TV should have been reset back to default settings. This sometimes means that you will have to re scan for the TV channels.
