My ZTE Z795G (not Z667T, I couldn’t find Z795G on the list) touchscreen stopped working. I have a lot of contacts on there, can I still get them? Prior to switching service to a new phone, my ZTE would ring and vibrate and the screen would turn on and change - but it is unresponsive to me touching it. Thoughts? Thanks. (Some of my contacts went to my new phone, but most of my recent contacts did not. I’m afraid that they are stored on the internal memory of the ZTE phone. Everything else I’ve seen online says that I could get the contacts if I could navigate the screen, but that is not an option.) Thanks.

It may or may not be saved to your sim card. You can check this by just inserting the sim into an other phone. If your contacts show up then your good to go! I also have Tmobile, and from my experience the default setting on Tmobile prepaids they should be automatically backed up. I hope this helps.
