So I bought a Samsung Galaxy S5 when it came out so I had no more use for my Iphone 5s, because of this I had it stored in my Closet. Recently my S5 has broke and I need to use my Iphone 5s as my mobile device as I cannot afford a new phone as of now. The phone is saying I am locked out as I tried to guess the few possible passwords I would have used and I don’t have access to my AppleID Account anymore. Is there anyway that I can reset my phone? I tried doing it through Itunes but it didn’t work.

You will have to remember the password of your Apple ID. It is not possible to remove Activation Lock in any other way except if you still have the original receipt and box so you can request Apple to deregister Activation Lock, which can take weeks.
