Can’t unlock my phone..please help

Hi Jennifer, Try to put your phone in recovery mode: 1.Turn off your device, 2.Click the POWER BUTTON + VOLUME UP together 3.When the Samsung logo appear release only the POWER BUTTON 4.Now you are into recovery mode 5.Click “wipe data/factory reset” 6.Click “wipe cache” 7.Click “reboot system now” 8. Thats all ;)
