Hi. I have been having this issue for awhile now. There is a lock symbol next to my network SSID in my Vizio smart T.V. network panel. I cannot seem to access my home network via wireless using my Vizio E420i_a0 smart television. I have connected previously using a powerline adapter, so the television is up-to-date. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
The lock symbol usually means that the connection is secure and needs a password. What happens when you try to connect to the network?
