I went on my laptop and then tried to open my documents to access and Excel/Word doc and it says “Location unvailable”
Hello Warren If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box.In the run box type %userprofile% and then click OK If this doesn’t work try this If you hold your windows key and then tap R you should get a run box.In the run box type C:\users and then click OK. This should open a windows with a list of profiles on the computer. Double click on your user profile and you should then see your document folder. Hope this helps David My Computer Dude
