Hello! I Have a LG 65UH5500 that shows the LG logo for a split second upon being plugged in, then goes black and the power led blinks. I understand the led strips can cause this and would like to start troubleshooting the right areas. I’m concerned because I have not been able to see anything with the flashlight test, or produce any audio. Any suggestions? Short video of the problem: https://streamable.com/w0e5z
@changlish76 this sounds more like a power board/main board issue than a backlight issue. Remove the back from your TV and take a look at the boards. Check for obviously damaged components like leaking, domed capacitors etc. After that you need a multimeter and see what the standby voltage is and if you have power to the main board.
