Chosen Solution
I have a one year old (almost exactly) LG French Door Fridge. It has Ice Maker in door and a second Ice Maker in lower freezer (regular, not craft). Both ice makers have ice in the tray but neither has/will dump ice. I find it odd that two independent makers both have the same problem at the same time. Is there perhaps a common control board or other shared component. Have tried to reset both makers turning on/off. Tried resetting entire fridge turning on/off. No change.
@jpatrick.kerr It may be worth it to invest in the service manual to find the problem. Usually the service manuals have wiring diagrams and also the procedure to perform the diagnostic tests for all the major components and functions. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a free download online.
