Lg 42 Tv Turns On But No Picture Or Menu S But Has Sound Backlight Lg Television

model 42LM620T-ZE LG TV. It switches on okay and you can hear sound from virgin box or fire stick but no picture, the TV backlighting is working, you can not see the menu or logos at all so just a grey screen not black with sound and no display features at all from menus or source. On removing the rear cover the power board has a led on that blinks 7 times, any ideas what the issue is or further tests I can do or where I can get a blinking fault code for this model thanks in advance.

Hi @srcdean, Here’s an image taken from the service manual for the TV showing the no video / normal audio troubleshooting flowchart, that may help.
