hi i turned off my rooted lenovo(A3500 hv) tablet with the “shutdown -h now” command from terminal emulator, and now it doesn’t boot up! what should i do ?

I could not creat a google account and it say google paly service has stopped
I couldn’t create a google account. when I touch the play store app it say google play service has stopped
