Hi! I was recently given a broken TV for free. The left half of the screen is black, but occasionally when turning it on etc, the colour will come back on this side. Is there any way I can fix it?
Makenzie Ferrier this will depend entirely on your model. It is possible that this is a power supply board/backlight issue but half illuminated screens can also be caused by the T-con board or bad LVDS wiring.
