Led On The Power Box Going From Orange To Red Xbox 360 S

The led on the power supply is red.When I unplug from the back of the xbox it turns orange.Plug it back into the xbox and it turns red.

It sounds like the Power Supply has developed a fault. Replacing it with a different Xbox 360 S Power Supply should fix the problem. You can find Microsoft’s guide to this problem here.
