What phone company are you with? This can be a lot of things: A) Your phone may not fully support the frequencies your carrier uses. B) You may be in a bad coverage area. C) Your phone may be defective. Try another phone in the same place. Have someone put their SIM card from a different phone service into your phone and try it in the same area.
