I need help, i worked on iphones before but i have this iphone 6 plus im working on where the new lcd i try to put on dosent work with the phone, i tried everything but the new lcd dosent work, not sure if i got a bad screen, the shattered lcd works fine so its not the motherboard or the battery. Please help and thanks in advance
I would try to soft reset the phone by holding home and power button at the same time for 30 seconds with the new screen on. If you still have no picture with the new screen but you have picture with the old screen, then you have a hardware defect. You need a new screen. Try to get an OEM like replacement, some of the chinese LCDs can cause issues.
