Hi guys i have bought a macbook old model a1278 and the lcd is full of stribes and particial functional. Does anyone know if i need to replace the whole lcd or can it be fixed? regard Denmark europe
You can try to replace the LVDS cable before replacing the complete LCD. But before you do this check if the GPU is working by plugging your MacBook to an external screen.
