Chosen Solution
So I unplugged my iPhone 11 at exactly 77%and it shows in settings that last charge is at 77% but after 10 minutes of screen off time. It changed to 79% and it had happened before.
While odd, it’s not something I would worry about too much for now, unless this situation gets worse with time. Are you using an Apple original cable and charger? If you’re not, then a low quality charger may be the issue.
