Hi @azteka77, Please verify the make and model number of the laptop as there are no results when looking for the make and model number you posted i.e. Gateway TN256-1? If Win 10 is the OS installed in the laptop, create a battery report to check the status of the battery. In the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value. For a good battery they should nearly be the same value. It sounds as though the battery is failing under load and may have to be replaced.
