Laptop not turning on but charging led light blinks white
Hi, Try a power refresh and check if that resolves the problem. Disconnect the charger from the laptop and then remove the battery from the laptop. Here’s the ifixit HP Compaq CQ58-bf9WM Battery Replacement guide that shows how to do this.Press and hold the laptop’s Power On button for a full 15 seconds and then release it.Reinsert the battery into the laptop.Reconnect the charger and try turning on the laptop.
