Asus Laptop Model: X550JK-DH71 OS: Windows 10 My laptop IGNORES the power and sleep settings. It automatically goes to sleep after about 3 minutes, no matter what power settings I change. I have to wake the laptop up and type in my password every single time I briefly step away and do something else. Not sure if relevant, but I have recently installed a new SSD. MY SETTINGS: -Power Plan: Balanced. (other options such as maximum performance and economy do NOT show for some reason.) -Turn off display: 10min battery, 30min plugged in. -Put computer to sleep: 15min battery, 1 hour plugged in. -Hybrid sleep: Off. -Hibernate after: Never. -Screensaver: None, do not require password. I have tried clicking “Restore default power options for this plan”, and this doesn’t fix it. I don’t know what else to try. what can I do to stop my laptop from going to sleep after 3 minutes

Same Here.. Asus XZ550Z… your pc it’s amd? i think it has to be something related to the ZeroCore Technology from amd, but not sure… happened to me recently with this laptop, creating a custom power plan made the things worse…
