Hi, laptop switches off in an improper way while reading PDF file, it is suddenly switched off while running directly on AC Power Because of an power outage problem. When i turned on back, the laptop was Freezes, Windows doesn’t responding to any action (Image Below When i Try To Open A Folder).
Have you tried booting in safe mode? Press F8 immediately after switching laptop on and select safe mode. Is the pdf from a reliable source? Maybe check with a virus checker or perhaps file is to big and you are running out of ram?
