Chosen Solution
My kindle has been frozen on the opening screensaver picture (pencils/pens etc) for over 6 months. The power button and home buttons don’t appear to work, so I can’t turn off/on or reset the device. I thought it would run out of charge and would reset when I recharged, but it doesn’t appear to be running out of charge either!
